Amore Beauty at 161 Kilburn High road has become of phone shop while Opulence Estate Agents at 310 Kilburn High Road has become a beauty salon. These 2 businesses did not even bother to change their shop signage…

Stone Real Estate, the firm behind the development “Park View” of 254 Kilburn High Road, have blocked us on Twitter after we alerted you to a planning application to increase the size of the development by 6 units, utilising a “services” floor for more residential accomodation. Please object by the 4th February on the basis of lack of affordable housing and the increase of height, ie reduction of sunlight in Grange Park.
