The “Kilburn Bridge” has come back to Kilburn.

The Kilburn Bridge pub reopened on 29/02/2004 after extensive refurbishment.

Glad to see the reinstatement of the “Kilburn Bridge” name. The pub at this location, 77 Kilburn High High Road, has changed names so many times. A few names in the last few years: “Bridge Tavern”, “Del Ponte”, “Betsy Smith” and “Bokor”.

The pub is now operated by the Craft Union Pub Company, a Stonegate company.

The day to day management team remains the same as when it was Bokor.

The pub has been brought up to date with the intention to become a traditional community pub.

The refurbishment has created some pleasant seating areas at the back of the pub. Numerous TV screens, showing Sky sports and TNT, have been installed. There now is a pool table and a darts board and sadly games machine.

Some nice touches including old prints of Kilburn.

The pub will not be serving food nor hot drinks.

Overall a nice refurbishment but not sure how it will fare as it is meters away from the “Old Bell”, also a Stonegate Pub.

There are plans to have events, including live music. This will include darts on a Monday, CU Quiz on Tuesday, Pool Wednesdays, Poker Night on a Thursday, DJs across the weekend until late, and live music on a Sunday! The pub also benefits from a 3am licence for both Friday and Saturday nights, so guests can enjoy the late-night venue for even longer.
