It was a pleasure to meet Segu Lareef inside his new restaurant. Segu has been a chef at Nobu for more than 15 years and is opening hopefully (depending on timely deliveries of ingredients) Yuga Sushi around the 12th September.
Initially the business will provide collection only orders and service via deliveroo. Dine-in will open at a later date. Segu is also keen to expand his catering business from the site.
Expect Japanese Cusine with the finest ingredients.
So why is it called Elegant Sushi you may ask?
It is simple… Yuga, means elegant in Japanese.
There is a 10% discount on collection orders until the 15th October.
